S2166HF

The S2166HF is a patented hydroforming machine. It is versatile and compact, and its ergonomic characteristics allow it to change tools rapidly, which guarantees scale benefits that cannot be obtained with traditional hydroforming machines. The clamp unit was designed for hydroforming processes, even complex processes on short and medium-long tubes. It can be outfitted with large sized tools. When opportunely configured, the S2166HF can combine, in a single cycle, hydroforming and traditional endforming processes, integrating punches, rotating tools and rolling heads with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical or mechanical drives. The flexible movement of the injectors was specifically conceived to facilitate the operator’s work and allow automatic or semi-automatic systems to be integrated for loading and unloading tubes. This machine has been set up to be placed inside Smart Factory production systems.
