Rings assembler
Automatical assembling of brazing rings on return bends
The MAC RING ASSEMBLER is used for automatically assembling brazing rings on the return bends. Operation is automatic and may be configured with single or double assembly tracks. For the double track, the two tracks are completely independent, and bends with different characteristics can be processed simultaneously.
The bends are fed into the machine using a rotating magazine, separated and oriented towards the assembly unit using dedicated dropping lines. At the same time, a vibrating cup selects pairs of alloy rings and prepares them for assembly. In the assembly unit, the two rings are inserted onto the bend at the specified height and the ends of the bend are calibrated to ensure the utmost precision during the subsequent insertion and brazing to the exchanger tubes.
The selectors, assembly unit, product unloading, and frame are closed and noise proofed using sound-absorbing panels.
Machine automation is managed via an industrial PC, which is also used for recipe management, data exchange, and remote connection.
The RING ASSEMBLERS are equipped with a simple interface for programming and are prepared for integration into smart factory systems.
