Unwound systems for LWC and coil
The elevated yield of a system and its level of performance is also influenced by the correct choice of coil unwinding devices.
Coils may be unwound with the material in a horizontal or vertical position, with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, motorised or braked, with one or multiple loading positions.
Based on the size of the material, type of application, and objective determined by features of the project, SMI has solutions for processing both level wound coil (with unwinding towards the inside or outside, with or without a central cardboard support) and bunch coil.
