225MHE

The 225MHE is a the ideal tube bending machine for those heavier processes that only require a single bending level. Single stack, multiradius and completely electric, this tube bending machine can process tubes up to 225 mm in diameter and 12mm thick in mild steel with Direct Drive technology. The CNC Siemens 840D sl manages 9 electric axes that operate the machine, ensuring maximum precision during bending operations. Rigidity and precision are ensured by suitable technical solutions. Like other tube bending machines in the Heavy BWT series, the 225MHE also mounts latest generation absolute servo motors with integrated feedback and diagnostics. They are also able to bend very thick tubes (6”/8”sch.80). Its large dimensions do not influence energy consumption of the machine, which uses the “Green Power” philosophy and Full Electric Technology to keep consumption very low. The ergonomic layout of the chassis guarantees maximum comfort for the operator during operation. The machine has three-dimensional graphics software on a 19” LCD Touch screen. The operator communicates with the tube bending machine intuitively through the UII “User Iso Interface” software to optimise bending programs and simulations. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory systems.
